There is a large car park to the rear of the building and there is free parking in North Street.

Appointments are normally 15-20 mins per session, 40-45 mins for a Consultation and 30 mins for a New/Old (if you have been before but have a new problem, are transferring from another clinic or if it is more than 2 years since your last appointment).

We aim to get you seen the same or next day for urgent cases. Non-urgent appointment are usually available within 2-3 days.

All chiropractors are all registered with AVIVA, Cigna, Vitality and various other insurance companies. Reece Piroozan is registered with Axa-PPP. If you do wish to claim, please advise the reception staff when making your appointment. We do not bill your insurance company directly (except for BUPA) and all treatments are due for payment on the day of treatment, but we will issue a receipt so you can claim it back. We do not have pre-payment plans – each treatment plan will be individually tailored to your needs and reassessed accordingly.
If you are pregnant please advise the reception of this as you will be given a longer appointment.
We have bottled water and tea and coffee facilities at the clinic. Please tell us if you need anything else. We’re here to help you.

We operate a booking system for all practitioners. We do try as far as possible to run on time. Please help us by not being late for your appointment and be understanding when someone very acute may take longer than usual.

Please note there is a 50% charge for missed appointments if not cancelled 24 hours before. Please phone if you are unable to make your appointment time, so we can give that space to someone in need.
